How to transfer COROS and DURA workouts to FATRACING
There is only one way for the COROS watch and the DURA bike computer: synchronize the workout with the COROS application, export the FIT and upload it to Intervals.icu. The connected Intervals.icu will allow you to open this trip in FATRACING.
What is available now
To transfer, you will need a COROS application with a saved workout and an Intervals.icu account. Each subsequent trip according to this instruction must be transferred manually.
1. Export your workout from COROS
- Sync your watch or DURA with the COROS app.
- Open the training list and select the desired trip.
- Open the menu in the upper right corner of the workout page and select Export Data.
- Choose a format FIT. Save the file via the phone menu or transfer it to your computer.
We need a file of the completed workout: it saves the recorded indicators, including power and heart rate, if any. The names of the items depend on the language of the application. The steps with images are in The official COROS guide to exporting data.
2. Add the file to Intervals.icu
- Log in to Intervals.icu and open the calendar Activities.
- Click Upload, select the FIT file and wait for the download to finish.
- Open the added activity. Check the date, duration, distance and recorded schedules with COROS.
If the trip has already been sent to Intervals.icu in another way, do not upload a second copy. Use an existing record. The FIT download is described on the Intervals.icu forum; for the first acquaintance there is our guide to the initial setup.
3. Open a trip in FATRACING
- Connect Intervals.icu to FATRACING by instructions with API Key and Athlete ID. If it is already connected, you can skip this step.
- Open it personal account → Training.
- Find the trip in the Intervals.icu block and compare the date and name.
Intervals.icu will be enabled in the settings. Manual import does not create a direct COROS connection and does not send training plans to DURA or watches.
If the transfer failed
- I don't see a workout in the COROS app
- Wait for the device to sync and check that you are using the correct account. First, the entry should appear in COROS itself.
- There is no power or heart rate in the file
- Check if these indicators were in the original training. Exporting does not recover data that the device has not recorded.
- A trip with a different date appeared in Intervals.icu
- Check the time zone of the account and the date of the original record before re-importing.
- There is a trip in Intervals.icu, but not in FATRACING
- Update the training list and check the Intervals.icu connection status in the FATRACING settings. Athlete ID must match the account where the file is uploaded.
For Wahoo there is separate export instruction. Direct connection of other services: Polar Flow and Ride with GPS.
