The autumn weekend of cyclocross and cross-country

Two autumn days in Veliky Novgorod for those who like to ride a bike and run cross-country. TIPACYCLOCROSS combines cycling and cross-country: on October 17 we will meet in the Park of the 1100th anniversary of Veliky Novgorod, on October 18 — on the beach in Yurievo.

Cycling — a race on a circular track: separate races for cyclocross and fix/singlespeed, as well as for MTB and gravel. Runners go cross-country on the track, children have their own bike rides. You can come for one day, spend the whole weekend with us, or combine cycling and running.

Each day has its own start and finish, and the total money of the weekend consists of the results of both days. Choose the races in the application below; the number of laps and the rules of participation are collected in the position. Come participate, support your friends and spend the weekend at the track!

How it plays out

Scoring — by the sum of points for two days: more points, higher place. Points are awarded for a place in the race according to the table above.
Both days are mandatory. Those who did not finish one of the days do not participate in the money competition.
If the points are equal, the one with the best result on October 18 is higher.
In bike rides, places are counted in absolute terms by arrival, and not within the category.
In each bike race, a separate women's podium is played — 23,000, 13,000 and 9,000 rubles. In the absolute standings of the CC + fix race, prizes for 1st-3rd places are 26,000, 14,000 and 10,000 rubles: contributions from the Grenavtsev and gold partner Rebellion are distributed at +3,000 rubles for first place and +1,000 rubles for second and third in the absolute and women's competitions. In the absolute standings of the MTB + gravel race — 20,000, 12,000 and 8,000 rubles. Kinematika and Open Cycle contributions are included in the women's prize pool. There is no threshold for the number of participants: the prize is awarded if at least one started, and places without applicants are not awarded.
The race standings are calculated based on the sum of the results for both days. In the men's and women's competitions, the basic prizes are 12,000, 2,000 and 1,000 rubles for 1st—3rd places. This grid includes 5,000 rubles from coach Nikita Vasiliev. The money of the unoccupied prizes of the CC + fix women's standings is redistributed into the race according to the number of participants announced for both days: the amount is divided equally between the men's and women's standings of the race, then within each transfer goes to the 2nd and 3rd places in a ratio of 2:1 in increments of 1,000 rubles. The preliminary schedule changes until the registration closes on October 16 at 12:00 Moscow time.
After the distribution of applications, the prize is paid only for the place taken at the finish line on both days. If the prize remains unoccupied according to the results of the race, its amount goes into commodity prizes.
The special prize of the Blinds Factory is the 4th and 5th place for 5,000 rubles each in race 2 (MTB and gravel) on October 17 in the Park of the 1100th Anniversary. It is considered according to the finish protocol of this day in absolute terms, weekend points do not affect it, and you can get it even if you go only on Saturday.
Prizes for a single day and within categories other than those listed are partner products.

Can I register on the spot?

No, there will be no on-site registration. Make and pay for the application on the website in advance.

Are there any age categories?

Yes, there are age categories. The money offsetting of the weekend is considered separately: in bike rides — the absolute on arrival and a separate women's podium. Details — in section "Prize fund".

How difficult are the tracks and how are the two days different?

October 17 in the Park of the 1100th anniversary - a circular track with a small relief. October 18 on the beach in Yurievo — sand, stairs, ascents and sharp descents. The tracks are different in nature: there will be more technical sections at the Sunday start.

How long does the bike race last?

Approximately about an hour: under this time, the number of laps is calculated. Finish — according to the leader of the race. For current distances, number of laps, and finish rules, see position.

Can I participate in several races?

Yes, for example, to drive CC + gravel or CC + MTB, and also combine a bicycle with a cross-country. MTB and gravel start in the same race, so it is impossible to combine them in one day. When making an application, mark all the selected starts.

What time will the Sunday program end?

Will there be a bike wash?
