Donation to the club

To whom and for what

The club operates as an autonomous non-profit organization for the development of cycling "Fat Racing Club (Racing)". It can be supported by a voluntary donation — this is a donation for generally useful purposes under Article 582 of the Civil Code.

Entry fees are the payment for participation in a particular race, they cover its holding. The donation has nothing to do with participation and goes to places where there is not enough contribution or where there is none at all:

The part of the race expenses that the entry fee does not cover: marking, judging, timing, medicine.
Inventory and equipment of the club, starting facilities, rooms, prizes for participants.
Race coverage, protocols, website and bot: both participants and those who didn't take the start use them for free.

Donation is free of charge: in return, we do not sell slots, merch, discounts and advertising. If you need a sponsorship package with a logo — this is a separate agreement, write to fatracing@yandex.ru.

How to make a donation

Open the transfer using banking details

In the bank's application, select the organization's transfer or payment by details and fill in the fields from the table below.
Specify the purpose of the payment

This is the only thing that must be copied verbatim — it is the purpose of the payment that makes the transfer a donation, not a payment for the service.
Done

The donation agreement is considered concluded at the time of crediting funds to the organization's account. No signatures or statements are required.

Deduction of 13% for the donor

An individual has the right to return 13% of the donation amount through a social tax deduction: the club is a non—profit organization in the field of physical culture and sports (subparagraph 1 of paragraph 1 of Article 219 of the Tax Code). The deduction is provided within 25% of the annual income.

For tax purposes, you will need a payment document and a donation agreement. Write to fatracing@yandex.ru — we will send a signed copy.

Donations are counted separately and spent for statutory purposes. Donations from foreign sources are not accepted.
