Garmin edge 130
I ordered a couple of years ago from Ebay, I used it actively for the season (about 2500km). Didn't fall, didn't sink, works fine.
There is no Russian, only English or Chinese. In theory, it can be flashed, but the interface is clear and simple. I'll give you two fasteners, elastic bands, stickers, and shoelaces along with it.
The sensors are all attached perfectly, the navigation works accurately. Condition 5+
