It's a gel. This is a bold statement. But it's true nonetheless. From a technical point of view, traditional gels are water and carbohydrates simply mixed into syrups, often containing added flavors and preservatives. Gel 100 is completely different. It is a biopolymer matrix filled with a unique mixture of fructose and glucose (0.8:1 ratio), which allows the absorption of up to 100 grams of carbohydrates per hour.
The set contains 12 gels of 40 grams each.
