The bike is probably of Italian origin, vintage, with a Cinelli nameplate.
For a small height.
Completely assembled by me from scratch in the workshop. Modern components, new consumables.
It is suitable as a casual or walking tour, for the city, highway, parks, and light tourism.

The frame and fork are steel, probably chrome-plated cr-mo, without nuances, there are few scratches and scuffs.
The fork is marked Tange.
Freshly assembled wheels on all new, 28 spokes, novatec bushings, Kevlar Challenge Strada tires.
The 10sk drive. Shimano Tiagra, front star with 40 teeth.
Shimano 105 brakes, Tiagra handles.
Connecting rods 165mm, ITA carriage
Zoom alu steering wheel, Shulz Alu takeaway, inch slip steering with adapter.
